Agency License terms

This Agency license allows you and up to FIVE team members to use our templates for your business and with up to 25 1:1 clients per year. NONE of our licenses allow for resale, to be sold in a template shop, to be claimed as your own, for our content to be used in courses or trainings, or to be given to your clients “as is.” Please email us at [email protected] if you have questions about how you may use your Agency license.

Allowed:

Jenny has a VA agency and she and her two employees use email templates from Say What to create onboarding emails and canned templates to manage clients in Jenny's business. Jenny and her team also use select email templates from Say What to set up canned email templates for Jenny's VA clients.

NOT Allowed:

Suzi opens an online template shop and resells all or part of Say What.

Suzi sees someone in an online group with a sticky client situation, and posts one of the emails from Say What as a solution.

Suzi teaches a class about managing clients, and uses all or some of the templates from Say What in her training.

Suzi has a client or friend who needs help with emails, and allows her to access her copy of Say What.

Is this a book?

Are these email templates just for web designers?
Nope! These templates are designed for ALL freelancers!
What if I am unhappy with the templates?
That'd be a bummer, but because this is a Google Doc that you will make a copy of, refunds are NOT possible.
When do I get the templates?
Right away! After purchase you'll be able to login to your member area where you can create a copy of the templates and start copy+pasting immediately!
How long do I have access to the templates?
How does lifetime access sound? After purchasing, you have unlimited access to the Google Doc and can put it on as many devices as you own. You may not share it with anyone else.
What's the difference between the Agency license and the regular license?
The regular license is for YOUR use in YOUR business. You may not share it with teammates or clients. The Agency license allows you and up to FIVE team members to use Say What for your business and with up to 25 1:1 clients per year.
If I cancel my annual subscription, can I still use the templates?
No. While you may keep a copy for yourself and use in your own business, you will be unable to login and access future updates, and must stop using the templates with clients.
